General Questions

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

Please note that all our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce plastic waste caused by overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfilment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our average order fulfilment takes 2–4 business days for all production techniques, not including shipping. We consider the current order volume and our fulfilment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfilment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT.

  • Issues with print or embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
  • Items held at customs/import

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 10 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email at orders@popuniq.com and we’ll take a look.

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll
be shipped separately.

Please double check the address on all orders at the checkout before paying. If you accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout, please notify us ASAP after realising by contacting orders@popuniq.com. We may still be able to change it whilst your order is being fulfilled.

Unfortunately, once your order is out for delivery, we are unable to make any changes to the address. We take no responsibility for lost parcels due to an incorrect address entered at the checkout and no refund will be given in this instance.

We can accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is still in new condition, unworn and with tags. Please do not return items after 14 days as we will not be able to process your refund. We are a very small business and margins are tight so regrettably we cannot pay for the postage of returns, All returns will need to be posted back to us in the UK at a cost to you using a tracked service as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in the post. We are a small business based in the UK, however many of our items are fulfilled from factories in the EU and US. As such if you live outside of these areas, including those who live in the UK, you may be subject to VAT, Import and Customs charges. Please factor these into your predicted costs when purchasing our items. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working to find fulfilment companies with centres in the UK which offer the same quality we are proud of, at a cost which makes it affordable for our customers.
