Our Policies
Faulty Item?
All our items are printed on demand by an external company. Whilst we quality check each line in house before adding it to our shop, individual items may, on rare occasions, have errors in the printing or other faults.
We apologise if this has happened with your item. Please notify orders@popuniq.com no later than 25 days after receiving the item and we can work together to discuss a solution. We are unfortunately unable to resolve any faulty claims placed after 25 days of receipt.
Changed Your Mind?
Please check out our measurement spec and size guides before ordering 🙂 We can accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is still in new condition, unworn and with tags. Please do not return items after 14 days as we will not be able to process your refund.
We are a very small business and margins are tight so regrettably we cannot pay for the postage of returns, please send using a tracked service as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in the post.
Please contact orders@popuniq.com if you would like to return or exchange your item, any items returned without notifying us first may not be accepted. If you would like a refund, we will process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the item.
